Survey on hair fall

Hair fall is a natural process that affects both men and women. It occurs when hair strands become weak and break off from their follicles, resulting in thinning or bald patches on the scalp. A variety of factors can contribute to hair fall, including hormonal imbalances, genetics, stress, poor nutrition, and certain medications. Some medical conditions such as alopecia areata can also cause severe hair loss. Fortunately, there are ways to prevent or minimize hair fall. Maintaining a healthy diet rich in vitamins B12 and D3 can help improve the overall health of your hair. Regularly washing your scalp with mild shampoo cleans out excess oil which may weigh down your locks while avoiding harsh chemicals that can reduce damage caused by hairstyling products like heating tools or chemical treatments such as dyes or straighteners. Massage into the scalp with gentle pressure during washing and rinsing helps stimulate blood flow bringing nutrients towards roots and promoting a proper growing environment for hairs which keeps them stronger preventing easy breakage thus lessening the chances of shedding more often.
